I have SLE and over the last several days I have had dizzy spells, a feeling that I’m drugged, flush face, tingling on face etc. Last night I was laughing and got very dizzy like I was going to pass out. I recently got a hold of my rheumatologists old notes and he wrote "MRI of pelvis showed fat replacement on SI joint." He never told me this and I cannot see him for another 3 months. Can anyone explain what this could mean? My MRI never had a note like this from a radiologist. I did have a CT of my pelvis where the radiologist noted a “rounded dystrophic calcification measuring 5mm adjacent to inner aspect of the left pubic symphysis of uncertain clinical significance" and my doctor had no idea what that was or what to do about it. Could these two notes be about the same thing?

I’ve just started this, I just ca it TALTZ haha, my initial dose where I injected 2 x 80mg, within days my psoriasis on my scalp had calmed down which I’m super glad about. I inject every 2 weeks now for 12 week (I’m on week 4) but what he doesn’t tell you in this is that it stings really bad but I’m persevering because if it can clear my psoriasis up (which other meds haven’t) then hopefully it will work on my joints & when I get to doing it just once every 4 week it will be easier.
